Major League Baseball (MLB), the highest rank of expert baseball in the United States and Canada, refers to the organization which one runs the National League and the American League by a joint organizational structure and it has developed steadily between them since 1901 but in 2000, the two leagues formally dispersed as divide legal entities with all their rights and functions consolidated in the commissioner’s office. MLB efficiently functions as a single league and as such it constitutes one of the major expert sports leagues of the United States and Canada which one at present composed of 30 teams among them twenty nine in the United States and one in Canada.
